Warehouse Associate

We’re currently seeking the next Warehouse Associate to join our Facings family. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting our sales team by providing accurate and efficient shipping and receiving tasks. As the Warehouse Associate, you’ll get to: 

• MANAGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WINDOW  

  Ensure the Facings customer experience is always prioritized over competing daily responsibilities by attending to the customer service window before all other tasks. Manage and exceed customer expectations by consistently implementing Facings accuracy and quality assurance best practices in shipping and receiving processes.   

• SUPPORT SALES ASSOCIATES  

  Support sales associates by filling and shipping sample requests on demand. Ensure sample deliveries are completed as needed.  

• SHIP PRODUCT 

  Guarantee accuracy and quality by systematically performing reverse physical counts, taking physical documentation photos, and entering accurate order location delivery data into relevant computer systems.

• RECEIVE PRODUCT 

  Strategically move storage of off-loaded product for convenient retrieval by customers and/or vendors. Conduct accurate inventory counts and inspect all imports for quality assurance. Check-in and put away containers within 24 hours of receipt.   

• MAINTAINING INVENTORY  

  Maintain an adequate packing materials inventory. Pack out orders within 24 hours. Streamline order fulfillment and decrease costs by consolidating incoming shipments.  

• SAFETY & CLEANLINESS  

  Maintain a clean and safe work environment by consistently practicing safety protocols including wearing proper safety apparel, properly handling of heavy goods, observing safe pedestrian practices and properly handling/maintaining heavy machinery.

These are the skills and background you’ll bring with you: 

• High school degree or equivalent 
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience is desirable 
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds 
• Forklift certification 
• Basic math skills 
• Comprehend technical information not limited to shipping paperwork, product specifications and architectural drawings to assist with shipping 
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer systems as needed 
• Possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
