Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Embrace Our Culture: You'll be instrumental in fostering team unity, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and representing Facings with pride in our local community.
- Connect with Core Customers: Engage in proactive sales strategies to attract and partner with clients, spending about 40% of your time working with clients to design beautiful spaces. You're not just selling products; you're solving problems and building connections within our client network. Be the face of FoA, expanding our network and representing us in industry associations.
- Promote the Facings Brand: Dedicate around 20% of your time to providing exceptional, customer-centric design experiences. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the visibility and reputation of our brand.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: With about 30% of your time, keep your finger on the pulse of the Phoenix economy and design trends. This insight will guide you in developing innovative sales strategies and becoming a subject matter expert in our fine tile and stone products.
- Drive Results: Achieve the Facings standard of excellence through a customized approach to client care, driving sales, increasing revenue, and boosting customer retention.
