Sales Facilitator

Facings of America is on the lookout for our next Sales Facilitator, a key player who will help us boost sales and strengthen customer relationships. Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate Product Quotes: You'll be spending about half your time delving into the details of projects, calculating accurate quotes based on design parameters, including product quantities, freight charges, and timelines. You'll be the backbone of the Design Consultant team, managing and updating information in our Project Management software, and even stepping out to deliver samples and send promotional emails.
  • Customer and Sales Team Follow-Up: Around 25% of your role involves responding swiftly to quote requests, performing vital administrative tasks, and ensuring consistency across subcontractors for shared projects. You're the person who keeps an eye on long-term projects, updating pricing and following up on bids. Plus, you'll be handling incoming calls and streamlining processes to give our Sales team more time with customers.
  • Sales Support: You're constantly on the lookout for ways to increase the Sales team's face time with customers. By streamlining systems and taking on administrative tasks, you play a crucial role in maximizing sales and revenue.
  • Proactive Communication: The remaining 25% of your time will be focused on anticipating and addressing information requests from both customers and Design Consultants. Building trust is key, and you'll be updating clients with timely ETAs and any changes that might affect project timelines.

In this role, you’ll get to:

These are the skills and background you’ll bring with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints (a plus).
